The National Testing Agency (NTA) has announced the NEET Result 2025. The Agency has also released the NEET Toppers List 2025, which comprises AIR 1, 2, and 3 names with highest marks and other details.
According to the NEET Result 2025 Toppers List, Rajasthan’s Mahesh Kumar has the highest Score of 698 and secured the All India Rank 1 (AIR 1 NEET 2025). Followed by him, followed by Madhya Pradesh’s Utkarsh Awadhiya and Maharashtra’s Krishang Joshi. Kumar, a Hanumangarh resident, prepared for the NEET while in Sikar.
NEET Toppers 2025 List with Marks OUT
The National Testing Agency (NTA) has issued the official NEET 2025 toppers list in a press release along with the NEET 2025 results statistics. This year, 22.09 lakh students attempted the exam, with 12.36 lakh passing. In comparison, 13.15 lakh students passed last year. A total of 22.76 lakh applicants applied for NEET UG 2025, a slight decline from 24.06 lakh in 2024. In terms of category performance, OBC students took the lead with 5.64 lakh qualifying candidates. This was followed by 3.38 lakh General, 1.68 lakh SC, 97,085 EWS, and 67,234 ST.

Out of the 22,09,318 candidates that took the exam, 12,36,531 qualified. The Air 1 NEET 2025 is the individual who secured the highest number. Mahesh Kumar from Rajasthan received AIR 1 with a 99.99 percentile, which is equivalent to the highest score of 686 out of 720 in the NEET 2025 results.
